Bemorex, a digital agency based in Oruro, Bolivia, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the Bemore Learn platform (learn.bemorex.com), operated under the direction of David Morales Vega.

Collect information about Platform usage anonymously.

• Google Analytics (Firebase): usage metrics, pages visited, interaction events. Used with anonymized IP.

Users can reject analytics cookies through the cookie consent banner displayed upon first access to the Platform.

5.3 Advertising cookies (Google AdSense)

The Platform uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on the user's prior visits to this and other websites. The use of advertising cookies allows Google and its partners to display relevant ads to the user.

• DoubleClick cookies (DSID, IDE): used by Google to manage advertising on sites that display Google ads.

Data is processed by Google LLC services, with servers located in the United States and other global locations. Google complies with international transfer guarantees, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

We do not sell, rent, or directly share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Advertising displayed on the Platform is managed by Google AdSense, which uses its own cookies and tracking technologies in accordance with its privacy policies. Bemorex does not transfer user personal data to advertisers.

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, including the Political Constitution (Articles 21 and 130 — right to privacy and privacy protection action), Telecommunications Law No. 164, Supreme Decree No. 1793, and other applicable regulations.
